The Lender Division of Heritage Title Company Strives to provide the most efficient and effective way to assist the
specialized needs of our clients. Our goal is to foster open communication between all parties to a transaction and
examine each order within 24 hours. We use state of the art technologies, including ValueCheck and TitleVault to email
and post all documents related to your file.
We offer flexible closing options for our customers, whether you want a one on one relationship with an escrow officer,
streamlined processes of a centralized division and/or out of the office signing services, we can accommodate you.
Our escrow staff has an average of 15 years experience and are required to complete training classes annually which are
pertinent to industry topics such as privacy laws, financial controls, fraud detection, claims awareness and RESPA.
